Real Change for Bridport

A Hodgman Majority Liberal Government will invest in local community facilities in the North-East as part of the Liberals’ North-East policy package.

We will provide $150,000 towards the upgrading of the Bridport Recreation Ground as a first step to enable it to develop into a multi-purpose facility able to service the needs of this growing community into the future.

We will also provide $90,000 towards the cost of new office and changing room facilities at the Bridport Bowls Club.

Both of these venues are well used by residents of Bridport and the significant number of visitors who come to this popular location each year.

The announcements today will improve community infrastructure, build on current investments in the North-East and importantly create local jobs for local people.
